青嵐足球會與著名足球網站OneTwo.hk合作，由一眾年輕的新晉足球教練及草根足球領袖，以「Football for all」的理念，致力提供開放、安全、平等參與的足球環境，讓小朋友在進入技術訓練階段前，培養對足球的興趣，強身健體、並從足球訓練中培養自理與自律，學習尊重他人。
教練團隊均為足球總會註冊教練、草根足球領袖，同時於學校、球會任教不同足球班，我們會定期舉行免費的足球同樂日、體驗班，以及恆常訓練班，教導基本盤、傳、控、射技巧，進行身體協調及平衡訓練。表現優秀的學員，將有機會代表青嵐參與各項賽事。
